Passive fire protection (PFP) is when we put components or systems in place within a building, which slow or obstruct the spread of a fire or smoke. These components or systems should happen without anybody having to move or activate them and as an accredited fire protection company, Mark 1 Fire Solutions can install these for you.

Our passive fire protection services can alert everybody in a building that a fire has been detected and prevent the spread of a fire. This means that the fire can be put of safely and everybody in the building can either evacuate or stay in a safe area while the system or components suppress the fire.
